Q. When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. The transit time for the Continental United States is 5 to 10 business days via FedEx Ground. For Alaska and Hawaii, the delivery time is 4 to 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Q. How do I return an item?
1) To return an item, you must email us at pkca@giftsonic.com for a RA number.
2) Place merchandise in the manufacturer's box with original packing material, then into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
3) Pleas ship the package to GiftSonic Company, Attn: RA Dept., 382 N. Lemon Ave. #122, Walnut, CA 91789.
4) Please insure the package and ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We aren’t responsible for lost and damaged packages during shipment.
