Exchange Defective Merchandises

All items sold in our web site come with 1-year warranty. If you have received defective merchandises, please contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Manufacturer’s contact information is included in the instructional manual. If you cannot find the contact information, please contact us at pkca@giftsonic.com.


Exchange Damaged Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged during the shipment, don’t panic. Please take pictures and email to us at pkca@giftsonic.com. We will contact you within 1 to 2 business days.


Return Non-Defective Merchandises

All merchandises sold in our web site are in their original factory packaging. Therefore, merchandises can only be returned, if they are un-used and in their original manufacturer's packaging with instructions, accessories, and packing material.

An item cannot be returned, if contents such as accessories or instructions are missing, are used, marks on the original box, or aren’t in the original box. Please contact us at pkca@giftsonic.com within 3 business days of the delivered date of your order for a Return Authorization Number. Item must arrive to our warehouse within 10 business days of delivered date of your order. An email will be sent, when item is received.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective returns. On free shipping items, a 40% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective returns.

All returns are subject to inspection. After inspection, an email will be sent for the status. For item passes inspection, we will credit your credit card for the originally invoiced amount less the restocking fee and less the shipping on the item or items with 5 to 7 business days. For item has any missing components such as instructions or accessories, are used, aren’t in the original box, or aren’t re-saleable, customer is responsible for any shipping costs to bring the package back. All unauthorized returns will be refused. No returns sent via COD will be accepted.
